This was the first time that I had to bring my 2023 corvette in for service, they replaced the defective battery, changed the oil and installed 2 radiator screens on the front, all the work was complet corvette in for service, they replaced the defective battery, changed the oil and installed 2 radiator screens on the front, all the work was completed in the same day, I would highly recommend this dealership, I’m am very annal when it comes to my cars, kudos to Mike the service manager and the professional team at Les Stanford Chevrolet. Took my 2022 silverado in for service for a radio problem. Can not get text messages or text message notifications on the radio. So when I am in my truck I have no clue when someone texts me. After several weeks at the dealership they could not figure out what to do and ended up sending it to the body shop for paint repairs. Scott Estey was my sales rep. DO NOT USE HIM. I called Scott about a scratch that went down the whole passenger side. He kept telling me he would speak to the bodyshop and just gave me the run around for al.ost 7 months. I was able to talk with the sales manager Cory and he made it right asap. Thank you Cory. My service guy Mike Mcdonald was great but in the end the tech could not get my radio working right. So now I have filed a complaint with Gm over this radio problem. Also the bodyshop broke a push pin on my door panel causing the pin to damage the door panel. There was a module hanging from under my truck that should have been installed behind the license plate. I had to fix both problems myself. More
This was a terrible experience. My car was there over a week and no one contacted me one way or another even though they said they would. I had to call them 3 different times to get the status. When they finally were able to give me a estimate for the work, they asked me for the last 4 digits of my social security number. When I wasn't willing to give them that they said I had to physically come in to sign off on it. I decided to take it elsewhere. When I asked for the estimate they had givene on the phone in writing, they hand wrote. Never once apologized for never getting back to me. Terrible customer service! More
