Extremely Helpful and Accommodating This was my first car buying experience and Lou was helpful every step of the way. To be honest, I only had a vague idea of what car I was looking for This was my first car buying experience and Lou was helpful every step of the way. To be honest, I only had a vague idea of what car I was looking for and a million unanswered questions. Lou answered every question in an understandable manner and help me pick the right car for me. Even when I called to say I was going to be late coming in after work, Lou waited for me until 8pm and stayed several hours to make sure I wasn't rushed and felt comfortable with the buy. When the was a problem on my end with the transaction, he was willing to drive 80 miles away to my work to pick up the check, just so I wouldn't have to make the trip myself. He went above and beyond to help me and for that I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.
