Kerry Monica took my suggestion to the General Manager and 2 days later Lester Glenn Jeep gave me a Full Size Spare and Matching Rim for my Compass. Martin Stab (sales consultant) was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and went above and beyond to make sure the process was seamless. The trade-in and finance process were hassle-free and we got a fair price on the CPO Jeep. Martin made the entire process very pleasant and he went over every vehicle feature before we left. Salespeople are Unhelpful, Rude and Incompetent I have been in the market for a used Audi S5 for some time now, and found a car I was interested in at Lester Glenn Jeep. After multiple attempts to g I have been in the market for a used Audi S5 for some time now, and found a car I was interested in at Lester Glenn Jeep. After multiple attempts to get more information on the vehicle, such as the added options at time of purchase, I was told by the saleswoman Kim Larson that there was no possible way of determining the details of the car. I live in CT and before driving four hours to NJ to purchase the car only wanted to know very basic details, but the details were refused. I asked for pictures of the car, and none were sent. I've had to go out of my way after leaving messages with other salespeople to get responses. Nobody ever calls back. I basically offered them my money and through their incompetent sales department have lost another customer. More

My Jeep is 2014 And had 24k miles at the time. I was told they were both covered and not to worry. Once Jeep comes back to them they will call me and make an apt to fix. Recall was “done” but the notifications still pop up on dash that they need to be fixed. I call and they say drive it and the message will go away. It’s now Oct and it has not gone away. Was the recall even done? Carbon panels somehow are still not in? And I was told nobody took pictures of my dash and it’s not going to be covered even though my Jeep has less than 30k miles. The run around stories that I get every time I call is ridiculous. Having used this services center for 5+ years I will no longer recommend them to family and friends as they tell you one thing and get a different result. More

He was qualified for a loan because of inaccurate information on the loan application to purchase a car he really can’t afford. There was misinformation about his income, rent and home ownership. My brother is elderly, disabled and lives in an assisted living facility. The monthly payment is much more than he can afford. To add insult to injury, shortly after purchasing the car, there was a major malfunction which the dealership claimed was not cover under the extended warranty which he was encouraged to also purchase. He has returned to the dealership several times to try to work out with them an equitable solution to his dilemma. I accompanied him today. We were given a complete run around from salesman, to one manager and then another. My brother has been an honest hardworking man for his entire life. After retiring he became ill and has been hospitalized several times, and is still paying off medical bills as a result. Thankfully he is finally receiving needed medical care through the VA. How sad that such a large and successful dealership like Lester Glenn could not make some equitable accomadation for my brother to avoid his having to surrender the vehicle and pay additional penalties. My advise to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle in the Toms River area avoid dealing with Lester Glenn. More

This is the update I mentioned about seeing if they actually did the right thing after buying a new Fiat 124 Spider. The answer is NO they did not do right by me and in fact after all is said and done they actually robbed me for half of the gap payment and only refunded me half of my payment of GAP. I guess they needed to keep $500 of my payment rather than giving me a full refund after lying to me about the cost of GAP. Looks to me after you buy a car from this dealership and they get your money, they then don't give a dam about doing the right thing by the customer. READ WHAT THEY WRITE UP AS OPPOSED TO WHAT THEY DO FOR YOU. They will tell you one thing and do another. I personally would never buy from this dealer again and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy! Bunch of lying thieves. They are a take your money and run dealership. So salesman was Great ! WoW Sales manager lies Finance manager lies even more General sales manager just goes along with the lies his team tells you. Horrible Dealer YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ! More
