Purchasing and Financing Mom Car September 5, 2017 On Monday September 4th 2017 my parents and I went to Lester Glenn Hyundai of Toms River and worked with Salesperson, Frank M Acq September 5, 2017 On Monday September 4th 2017 my parents and I went to Lester Glenn Hyundai of Toms River and worked with Salesperson, Frank M Acquaviva. Our plan was to purchase or lease a new vehicle for Mom. We set up the appointment in advance, to meet with Frank. He was very polite and professional throughout our dealings. He asked what type of vehicle we were interested in and then took us right to the lot to glance around. He left us to review the vehicles and pick out the ones we wanted to test drive. We picked out a vehicle, he reviewed important details such as safety, warranty and fuel. We went out for a nice test drive came back and regrouped to discuss what savings we were entitled to. With no pressure to either buy or lease, we then started to work out the remaining details monthly payments on purchase or lease term options. Mom was so calm, she felt no pressure from start to finish this was easiest car deal I ever experienced. Frank answered all my parents’ questions and worked out the best deal for them, keeping it right at their planned budget. I thought we couldn't be any happier and then we met Jerry Ojeda in finance, when went in to sign all the documentation. We were so happy about a lease protection plan he presented to us.
