On Friday, June 22,2012 I went to Lester Glenn to look for a car...we were greeted by Jaime Rosato who was very friendly & professional. He introduced us to Ron Garguilo who we had made an appt with. Ron introduced himself and explained what we could expect from his dealership and Jaime helped us "shop" for a car. No pressure and fun to look at the different models. A white Elantra with tan interior just happened to be delivered...fate! Just what I wanted. But then it came time to negotiate and to my horror my credit score was lower than I thought, but Jaime nor Ron never made me feel like this was a terrible situation. They were both true professionals and along with my father negotiated a final number that was workable for all of us. Our financial consultant was Mike Cagnano and he was efficient, professional and very helpful with the paperwork. I wish Jaime a successful career at Lester Glenn...he is a sales associate who I feel really cares about his clients. Even after the deal was done and we were ready to leave he made sure my bluetooth was installed, I understood every feature of the car and gave me his phone number in case I had any problems on the way home. I would highly recommend Lester Glenn to anyone and everyone! More
Had several appointments with different dealerships Lester Glenn Hyundai being the first of the day. Frank came right over to us. He was extremely friendly and helpful. We told him what we were looking for and were very specific in our needs after doing much research online. Frank not only showed us the car we were interested in and went into detail explaining all the warranties and the features all while standing in the lot in what seemed like 105 degrees. After we decided on the santa fe limited he went out of his way to go to different storage lots to find the exact color I was looking for and found it, we then proceeded to the financial part of the transaction which we knew would be difficult as our credit score was low. We were expecting a very long process and many rejections but within 20 minutes frank came back with an approval. We walked into Lester glen hyundai thinking we were beginning a long drawn out search for a new car and instead drove off 4 hours later in the a 2012 Santa fe limited awd In the exact color and all the features we were looking for. We have dealt with many dealers over the years and this was the fastest easiest friendliest experience we have had. We went to Hyundai after hearing nothing but positive things from friends who own hyundais and though this is our first Hyundai I know it will not be our last. My wife and I went to Lester Glenn Hyundai for the first time yesterday morning with the intent of purchasing a certified pre owned Hyundai Sonata and trading in my Pontiac Grand Prix. Upon arrival we were time yesterday morning with the intent of purchasing a certified pre owned Hyundai Sonata and trading in my Pontiac Grand Prix. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by Sal Cuomo who asked us a few questions and showed us several Sonatas. They had a lot of choices for us but I test drove a Dark Gray 2011 Hyundai Sonata with only 6,100 miles. I loved the car (though I tried not to make it too obvious). I asked Sal about the trade in so he took us inside, sat us down, ran the information on my trade and gave us a trade in offer. I am sure I could have gotten more money if I sold my car to a private party, but then again, the dealership can only offer wholesale value as they hope to make a little money on it or, at the least, break even. Obviously, the benefits for a consumer of a trade-in auto are the fact that it is fast and convenient, there are no costs for listing and selling, no need to deal with personal calls and emails at home, and one pays less sales tax on the purchased car. KBB valued my car, in good condition, at about $5,200. After a short back-and-forth with Joe Arioso about the trade in value, we were offered about $4,300. That was fair enough to me. Sal Cuomo and Joe Arioso were also both helpful in reducing the already low sticker price of the Sonata by a few hundred. The reason I say "already low" is because I compared their Sonata (on my IPhone while at the dealership) with other Sonata's of the same year and mileage at other local dealerships, and theirs was, in fact, the best price around to begin with! Understand, Lester Glenn Hyundai is a volume dealership, so they keep their prices very competitive in order to move out many cars per month. So after finalizing the trade offer and the Sonata vehicle purchase price, they gave us an estimated monthly car payment (having not yet run our credit). The estimated car payment was a bit more than we were hoping to spend, but it was explained to us that this was just an estimate and it will vary based upon our actual credit and offers from their network of banks. This is where super-Disney-fan Mike Cagnano came into play. He brought us into his office and ran our credit and gave us the actual monthly payment, which was about $30 less per month than estimated. He also offered us an extended warranty and other packages at a fantastic price. We declined due to budgetary necessity, but in all honesty, Mike was fantastic with his offers and if one is able to afford a couple bucks more a month, do it! We signed some paperwork, said goodbye to my old gaz-guzzling V6 speed demon, rang the bell, and Sal escorted us to our new Sonata. At the end of night I KNEW I got a good deal, and Lester Glenn sold another car, all without too much haggling and a fun and friendly staff! Thanks Sal, Joe, and Mike! My experience with Mike was first rate. He was very friendly and accommodating and at no ponit did he pressure me or my wife into upgrading our purchase. I literally can walk to Brad Benson Hyundai from my home however due to Lester Glenn's excellent reputation I decided to drive 1 hour and twenty minutes to buy from them. I was not disappointed and would definitely purchase from them in the future and recommend anyone to purchase from Mike. As for my brand new 2013 Hyundai Sonata SE, it has exceeded my high expectations. My wife and I both love it!! More
After talking to Joe at my place of business he told me to come and see him and he would try to help me with my car purchase. I called and made sure he was going to be there and when I approached the front to come and see him and he would try to help me with my car purchase. I called and made sure he was going to be there and when I approached the front door a nice young man opened the door for me and asked me who I was looking for, I told him Joe Arioso and he immediately went to get Joe who then told me the man's name was Gabe Velez and he would be very happy to help me. Well we began with my personal info and I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of the process. Gabe was very helpful and asked my car preferences and we went from there. He took me outside and showed me the beautiful Accent which I evenutally purchased. It took a little while and as I sat there I waited for my daughter to meet me after she finished work. Well after showing her my car she started to think about her options and within an hour Gabe had showed her another Accent (in a different color)and she purchased one on the same day. Gabe had been at the dealership since early in the morning but he stayed with us til we closed both deals which was about 9:30PM. I feel my buying experience was the best I have ever had at a car dealer and will absolutely return. P.S. The following morning Dave Shinn called and said he noticed that my daughter also bought a car and then explained he could get me better financing so now my payments went down almost $70.00 per month. Oh yes I love this dealership and all the people who helped me. More

Well where do I begin....I went to Lester Glenn Hyundai already thinking there was absolutely nothing that could be done. I had a leased car that wasn't up until November of 2013 yet I was going to go ove already thinking there was absolutely nothing that could be done. I had a leased car that wasn't up until November of 2013 yet I was going to go over my mileage. I did not have much to put down. My hopes were little to none. I entered Lester Glenn with very little expectations and to my astonishment that was not the case. Jay greeted me and introduced me to Frank. All I can say is that this was certainly by far the best experience I have ever had with any car dealership. Both Frank and Jay worked together and presented a deal that I couldn't refuse it actually saved me some money. The best part... I wasn't under any pressure to buy! They along with Sherif worked with me not against me. I will remember this experience and would recommend Lester Glenn to anyone looking to buy a car! More
