Our General Manager, Jamie, along with members of our management team, reviewed the full deal history with you in detail, including all worksheets, pricing structures, and final paperwork. We carefully went through each step of the transaction to try to clarify how the numbers were presented and how the final out-the-door figure was reached, including taxes, fees, and any optional products selected during the process. Our intent was to ensure full transparency and help reconcile any differences in understanding. We understand that, despite reviewing everything together, there remained a disconnect in how the agreed-upon pricing was perceived versus what was reflected in the final documentation. We regret that we were not able to reach a mutual understanding in this case, as we always strive to ensure every customer feels confident and clear throughout the entire buying process. Your feedback has been shared with our leadership team as part of our continued effort to improve clarity, communication, and transparency in every transaction.
