Ekaterina Espinosa was extremely helpful & knowledgeable during my service visit. She always goes out of her way to explain everything that is being done. Since they had to order parts, I was given a loan during my service visit. She always goes out of her way to explain everything that is being done. I brought my car to Lester Glenn for a repair due to a collision. Their Collision Department was very prompt in assessing the damage and advising me as to their repair process. They were knowledgeable in collision. Their Collision Department was very prompt in assessing the damage and advising me as to their repair process. They were knowledgeable in how to proceed with my insurance claim. They assured me that the parts needed to repair my vehicle were new and not used parts. The timeframe they told me for the completion of the repair was met and they even sent me updates during the repair. I picked up my repaired vehicle on the scheduled completion date.
