Monday night I walked into the dealership with plans to discuss my current lease and my concern with being over miles with a salesman. This was a bit intimidating because I went into the dealership all by discuss my current lease and my concern with being over miles with a salesman. This was a bit intimidating because I went into the dealership all by myself without the help of my parents 😂. I was a little nervous because I didn’t wanna sign off on a deal that was gonna screw me in the long run. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Seth who was friendly, warm, and welcoming. I explained my situation to Seth and expressed to him that I wasn’t exactly sure what I was looking for. He was patient and clearly explained each possible option for me, allowing me to determine what my best move was. He was honest and wasn’t trying to push me into anything I couldn’t afford. Seth did everything he could to work out the best possible deal for me. He presented my two options side by side in a way that was very easy for me to comprehend. I decided that leasing a Legacy was my best option! Patrick in the finance department was also really friendly, funny, and helpful. Patrick assisted me when I leased my Impreza and at the time recommended I get the tire care warranty package (idk what it’s actually called). I’m so happy I listened to his recommendation because I got so many flat tires within the 2.5 years I leased my Impreza. It was all covered and I never had to pay anything! You bet I listened to his recommendations when leasing my Legacy. Brandon was also friendly/knowledgeable and showed me all the cool features the Legacy offers. Overall Lester Glenn Subaru employees are friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. I never had a negative experience and for that reason I plan to be a lifelong customer! More

Highly recommend, I’ve been a buyer at pine belt dealership for the past 12 years, I had a bad experience with them and decided to give Lester Glenn a try, and after the experience I had at Lester G dealership for the past 12 years, I had a bad experience with them and decided to give Lester Glenn a try, and after the experience I had at Lester Glenn Subaru I will never go back to pine belt. Seth was patient, honest, and got me exactly what I wanted for a price range I needed to be in. He spent the whole day test driving cars with me and answering every question I could throw at him. When it came to financing I couldn’t say how smooth it went. Paper work was ready and took a whole 5 mins to sign contract. The process from start to finish was very relaxing, not pushy, and right to the point. I will refer all my friends and family to Lester Glenn from here on out. More

We had a great experience at Lester Glenn Subaru. Our sales representative Sal was fantastic. We had called ahead and asked to see two specific vehicles. When we arrived the vehicles were waiting for Our sales representative Sal was fantastic. We had called ahead and asked to see two specific vehicles. When we arrived the vehicles were waiting for us. Sal was training a co-worker, Emily. They were both very considerate and polite. Sal was extremely knowlegable about the cars and was also a great role model for Emily. After we test drove the cars, we went inside to discuss the purchase. Emily contributed to the computer work and Sal reiterated to her that she was on point. We proceeded to make the purchase of the Subaru Forester and all of the paper work was reviewed. We were encouraged to ask any questions if we had any. We then went over to Lindsey and she went through each document with very clear descriptions of what each one contained. Our overall experience was excellent! Thank you for all of your help! This is my second time returning to Lester Glenn and salesman Seth Leifer and I can honestly do, I promise Lester Glenn Subaru will change your mind! This is my second time returning to Lester Glenn and salesman Seth Leifer and I can honestly say I don't dread it anymore. I am always kind of late to the "lease is up soon, I need a new car" game, but Seth just has a way of always making it work out. He is incredibly patient and never hard sells you on any particular car. He gave me so many options and ran the #'s for multiple cars for me with every scenario possible (down payment, yearly mileage, etc.). Patrick handled all the financials at record speed, I might add. Thank you, Patrick, my daughter made it to class with 5 minutes to spare! Good luck with your training, Emily! You're working with the best group of colleagues, you will be wonderful like the rest!
