I appreciate being contacted by Kerry regarding the issues that weren’t properly addressed, during my most recent service. It’s nice to know that the reviews both positive and negative are actually read and an effort is made to correct the shortcomings. After a pleasant discussion I will be giving the service department another chance with the hope that everything is back up to par as it was on my initial visits there. At this point I guess time will tell.
