Hi MROERIG98, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback regarding your recent visit with our Subaru service team. We take customer feedback very seriously and our goal is always to assist our customers to the best of our ability. However; we also do not tolerate false claims and allegations, as well as much of the language used while discussing your concerns with our team. After investigating our conversations together further, we understand that our management team has shared additional documentation with you that would prove the claims you mentioned here are unequivocally false. We are proud to use genuine Subaru parts on all of our maintenance work and vehicle repairs. The documentation our team shared with you proves that the color of the gaskets has changed, which you alleged was evidence that we were not using the proper parts on your vehicle. We also provided documentation for the plug gasket being a one-time use part. We are sorry to hear that despite this documentation, you continue to feel the way that you feel. Since we are unable to provide you with the level of service you are looking for, we respectfully recommend that you seek a source outside of Lester Glenn Subaru for your future servicing needs that may be able to provide you with the level of service you expect. Our team is unable to provide any further assistance on this matter at this time. Thank you again for your comments and we wish you continued luck with your vehicle. The Lester Glenn Subaru Team
