Great Service! Great Employees, Kathy Ottmer is the BEST service writer. She is professional, friendly, she is knowledgeable. She keeps you updated the whole time y Great Employees, Kathy Ottmer is the BEST service writer. She is professional, friendly, she is knowledgeable. She keeps you updated the whole time you are there waiting for your vehicle, or if you leave. She advises you what was found, also what is covered under the warranty, what is not, and how much it would be.. Kathy also advises you if there is any upcoming maintenance ,that is needed. She tells you which should be done, as well as the ones that can wait a bit. Kathy is the BEST!!! Kerry Monica Jr. is also the Greatest, he is professional, Greets yo, warm, friendly. Kerry says if you need anything to let him know. .Everyone there makes you feel comfortable and valued as a customer. This is the only place to go for all your Subaru needs, be it repairs, maintenance, etc... I highly recommend them to ALL! More
