Been a customer for over 7 years. Never have I had to wait so long for an oil change. 2 hours. When I asked for an update in the waiting area the employee said I can go ask myself. I was then told I should have expected to stay two and a half hours. Had this been communicated before hand, I would have not taken my car in due to work. I worked the complete deal, including trade in, over there phone and only headed to the lot after everything was approved and done. Once I arrived, I only spent about an hour at the lot including the te there phone and only headed to the lot after everything was approved and done.
