My wife shopped there as she was in Denton visiting. She stated with absolute clarity that she did NOT want them to run her credit unless she decided to buy. They would not negotiate much with her and we ended up buying a VW in Houston; considerably better deal. I got a brand new Taos which I’ve already had my first oil change and the entire process in buying and servicing it has been and service department! They took care of us every step of the way and made sure everything was drivable even down to the battery replacement since it sat so long! More
