The experience buying the car was decent due to knowing what vehicle I wanted. However, less than 1 week after purchasing the brand new car, I am already having multiple issues with the technology on the c what vehicle I wanted. However, less than 1 week after purchasing the brand new car, I am already having multiple issues with the technology on the car. The service department was unable to get my car in until Jan 5. I also had to do multiple follow ups with my bank regarding the dealership paying off my trade in. Thankfully I did my due diligence because they sent the payoff check to some random address that had no affiliation with the bank. After speaking with manager, they looked at the car & attempted to fix it. They said if it breaks again they can’t promise they’ll be able to fix it even though it’s a BRAND NEW CAR. Service lady stated that since they service “3,000 customers & only have 11 courtesy cars” she can’t promise that I will be able to use one if needed. I was also told upon signing that the first payment wouldn’t come till 45 days then I received an invoice for 29 days after purchase. The finance managers, John Chapman, solution was for me to make a late payment & then I have to change the payment date rather than joe downs filling out the paper work correctly & fixing their mistake. 0/10 would not recommend.
