When I got to the dealership, I was told that the numbers had been put in on the wrong vehicle and that the gray taos was higher in price and beyond my budget. Basically, I ended up paying a higher price for a black tiguan because I was so sick of hearing all the mistakes and was ready to get vehicle shopping over with. The manager knew I was upset but seemed to only care about getting my signature. I felt betrayed. I was either lied to or several mistakes were made on the dealership end. I will not go back here again and will probably tell others about my horrible experience. More

Mauricio Puig knew exactly what I was looking for and I was impressed with his knowledge, confidence, promptness, sincerity, and overall helpfulness. I didn’t feel rushed into making any decisions and all my options were clearly explained and laid out. I felt great after meeting with Chris Eagan, and he also helped my brother get the best deal on a new Tiguan. John Chapman reached out to me and got me the best possible deal on a 2022 Tiguan SE R-Line. The guys didn’t have to go out of their way to get me an amazing deal and they chose to anyway and for that I’m extremely grateful. I was impressed by how quick and smooth the whole process was and they had everything ready right when I arrived at the dealership to pick up my car. Kevin Hines helped me with the financing portion and was an absolute joy to talk with. Everyone far exceeded all my expectations and I look forward to leasing or purchasing again from the friendly staff at Lewisville Volkswagen in the future. More

Worst buying experience. No after sale service, no follow up from my sales rep. My data was wrong entered / filled by the sales agent and had to go back after a week to re- sign the DMV docs. I requested my credit to be set up with VW Credit as I bought 2 VWs previously( at VW Hendrick’s) and already had an account… the sales guys was like “ oh yes, for sure” … 2 weeks after that found out the credit was set up with a bank…Had to take the car to service as the engine light went off and the infotainment system was failing, before a month and after just 1k miles... then I was given a 2 weeks appointment as they were too busy which is already a bad sign; and the day of the appointment nobody picks up the phone, they keep on hanging up the phone and transferring my call.... Worst service ever. Because they failed to fulfill what promised, a loan car for a 3 day service in a NEWcar, I cancelled the appointment after an hour on the phone and several calls. The service manager had a “couldn’t care less attitude “ the entire conversation… shameful. More
