I had gone to two dealerships prior to ending up there. I just like the atmosphere better, no pressure. No desperate salesman. Just there to help. Not a good experience at the service department. Dropped off October 17 and got a text 10/25 saying car was ready. I texted back that I would pick it up next day and asked how late Service was open. Dropped off October 17 and got a text 10/25 saying car was ready. I texted back that I would pick it up next day and asked how late Service was open. Got no response. So we drove down after work to find the service department was closed. And know one has access to any keys. I wasted two hours for nothing. More

They did a good job losing a customer. Gave me grief about extended warranty needing to go back to dealership purchased from. Called selling dealer and they said they were wrong. Don't need that poor concept of customer service. More
