I scheduled my service appointment in the middle of September, but the first available date was not until the 27th. In the past the delay was only a few days. Staff was ready for me when I arrived and September, but the first available date was not until the 27th. In the past the delay was only a few days. Staff was ready for me when I arrived and the service setup went smoothly. Tim kept me updated as needed and was honest about the challenges of the current business environment. The work was completed in a few hours and my GTI was nicely washed. Later on Tuesday afternoon, I noticed a fluid dripping very slowly from in front of my left front tire. I had not seen fluid leaks before the service. That evening I determined that the leaking fluid was a light green in color and was not engine coolant, and not my windshield washer fluid (I had used an orange WWF). The leak stopped on Wednesday morning. My conclusion is that something must have been spilled in that corner of the engine bay. More
