I really liked working with them right up to the point where I signed the paperwork and saw that they added a $1600 paint protection product without asking me first. This was a car I had to order and wait where I signed the paperwork and saw that they added a $1600 paint protection product without asking me first. This was a car I had to order and wait 9 months for. I chose the options I wanted when I ordered it and slipping stuff in so you don’t see it until the last minute where it’s hugely inconvenient to push back is the kind of thing that gives car dealers a reputation as slimy and why people do not enjoying buying cars. They know their going to be ripped off and it’s going to be really hard to prevent it. More

Not as friendly as it was before it sold. I was quoted two different prices for oil change, Two different service people and different phone calls. People were nice but not really intereste I was quoted two different prices for oil change, Two different service people and different phone calls. People were nice but not really interested in me or what I needed. On the phone I was offered a ride wherever I wanted to go so I wouldn't have to wait 2 hours at the dealer. When I was there I was told they could take me home but I would have to wait till 5:00 for my car to be ready. Price was competitive but I won't go back. Every one there seemed sad. Don't know what it was. More
