Customer Service is poor, they focus only on sales speech but they don’t care about customers. My car broke with no reason and with minimal tests they concluded I needed a new engine. I had to go for a secon but they don’t care about customers. My car broke with no reason and with minimal tests they concluded I needed a new engine. I had to go for a second opinion and fixed the car with 1/3 of the cost. I had to pay this dealer about $600 just for the check. Very disappointed that VW cannot fix their own engines and just replace them without considering waste, ecology and cost. More

I had initially called Jason Villa in management about a 22 Autobahn GTI they had on their website. Knowing the car is a hot commodity he sprung into action and got me setup with Hussain Jafri and Chris Pru 22 Autobahn GTI they had on their website. Knowing the car is a hot commodity he sprung into action and got me setup with Hussain Jafri and Chris Prudhomme to get the ball rolling. Upon arriving to the dealership that evening Chris was at the door waiting for us, we exchanged pleasantries and immediately went to do a test drive. He was so great from introduction on the phone to us walking out the door with the deal done. The trade in process was easy. Kevin in the finance department came through with great service as well for both my wife and I. After purchasing the car the service department was able to squeeze in an appt for a friend of mine's vehicle in town from California before his journey home. If you are in the market for a Volkswagen in the greater DFW area and beyond, do not hesitate to shop here. They will do everything they can to ensure you have a great experience. More
