Volkswagen Lewisville is a reputable and honest place for anyone ESPECIALLY WOMEN to visit when purchasing a vehicle. There’s a lack of trust in the service lane, as women are often afraid we’ll be taken advantage of. However I did not feel patronized or bullied when deciding on purchasing the Doge Challenger that smells aweeeeeee so good. Women love new, new smell, new cars , new clothes, NEW EVERYTHING. We like what we like and Wallace didn’t attempt to initiate signs of disrespect or sexist microaggressions while I weighed my options to purchase . I must say VW Lewisville has a pretty great sales team. I can’t remember the names of everyone I came in contact with upon purchase but I do remember the way they made me and my son feel. Especially the young guy that made sure to congratulate us with a handshake as we were about to drive off with our new purchase . Wallace G. is definitely the greatest car sales person of any dealerships in the DFW area. He is very nice and very straightforward. I will be respectfully sending all the women to VW LEWISVILLE. He cares about making sure one is treated fairly. He does his best to get you through the process quickly. Let’s not forget about Financing, whewwww!! most dealerships finance department is slow as molasses , but Joe Downs is the man . He Rocks. Without frustration He allowed me the opportunity to ask as many questions a I wanted to and responded with in depth answers to get you going. This is genuinely a great dealership. I was very frustrated with my level of service and overall experience. They asked me to bring the car back multiple times and at one point held it for several days without offering a loaner vehicle or overall experience. When I picked it up they said they would call me when the part came in. After several weeks of not hearing from them I called them to see if they had gotten it. They had my part, but no one reached out to schedule with me. It took them 3 months to replace the part, and if it weren't for the warranty I had with them I would have gone literally anywhere else. It took well over 8 hours for an oil change and recall on my lights. There was no communication all day from them till I called them close to close. Had no idea if there were issues with my car and thats why my lights. There was no communication all day from them till I called them close to close.
