I first spoke to Miguel about a 2020 vehicle which come to find out was not on the lot. He then, in a non pushy way, offered me the 2022 Tiguan se since I told him I indeed was wanting black. I was choosing between this dealership and the Irving one. Miguel’s attitude was so respectful and nice that I chose to give this dealership a shot over the other one who sounded very condescending. Come to find out Miguel even came in on his day off to help me!! Everyone at the office was extremely cool and professional and made me feel like we have GENUINELY been friends for years in a non sneaky way. These guys are top notch and I would recommend them 10000 percent!! No gimmicks or tricks, just straight facts!! More

I took my son's Jetta in for 30K service and Ryan's attention to detail was fantastic. Everything was done in the time estimated and everyone was extremely helpful and courteous. The service team is very nice and friendly, but the process for my car's one year check up seemed to be a bit unorganized. I made my appointment online and arrived on time. I was met by a service tea process for my car's one year check up seemed to be a bit unorganized. I made my appointment online and arrived on time. I was met by a service team member who was very friendly. I told him I would be waiting on site. I received a text message that I was checked in but after that time got no updates for three hours. I used the encouraged text feature to get a status update, but never got a response. The technician explained that it really isn't a text but rather sends an email and isn't filtered out amongst all the other emails they get so it isn't the best way to communicate. I went back and finally asked for an updated and was told that my car was just waiting for a wash and it would be ready. The technician explained that due to my car being electric the process can take quite a while. I understand that, but would have appreciated that being explained to me at the beginning. The other two issues I had were that I was told in my text I would received a video clip from the employee working on my car showing what they checked out. That never came. The other issue is the invoice for work doing didn't really tell me what was accomplished or what was checked. It even indicated they did an oil change, but the car is electric and has no oil. It indicate they did a tire rotation but the tires are different sizes and cannot be rotated. Again, the invoice indicated I would get multipoint inspection with video, but that never happened. I get that electric cars are a new thing for the folks at VW and there will be a learning curve. I will continue to use this dealership, but just had some disappointment in they way my visit was handled. They also explained that their company had recently purchased the dealership and there is a bit of a learning curve and they were also understaffed. Hopefully as we emerge from the pandemic and they get more familiar with electric cars, this won't be a problem going forward. More
