Dealership was A+Very professional during my 2022 Dealership was A+ Very professional during my 2022 Volkswagen purchase. Kastriot Kaba - very knowledgeable on the features of the Atlas Cross Sport Dealership was A+ Very professional during my 2022 Volkswagen purchase. Kastriot Kaba - very knowledgeable on the features of the Atlas Cross Sport and after the purchase actually drove the automobile to the Houston area for delivery to my wife and picked up my trade-in to take back to Lewisville. After delivery, Kastriot took the time to explain the features of the vehicle to my wife while sitting in my personal driveway even though he had a 4+ hour drive back to Lewisville. Hussain Jafri made the transition very easy and was polite throughout the process along with other employees. Chris Riccitelli in Finance was very personal, explaining all the additional Warranty options along with the vehicle closing documents. I will make the trip back to Lewisville on my next VW purchase.
