The old bait and switch. They promised me one vehicle with all the features I requested and in the end they delivered a lesser vehicle without those features. It was so burie They promised me one vehicle with all the features I requested and in the end they delivered a lesser vehicle without those features. It was so buried in the paperwork there was no way to fully know just what I was getting and I didn't insist on them spelling it all out. The end result I am paying for a new car without what I wanted on it and pretty much stuck with it. They will now own up to their mistake and basically told me to pound sand. More

I dealt with Aaron for the initial drive and negotiations. Edson followed up with delivery and addressing any issues. Both guys are excellent and know their cars. Both were low key salespeople, which I appreciated. Both knew most of the tech in the car, which has more tech features than I or anybody else needs. The car was promised at a specific date and time. I arrived on time but it wasn't ready. Edson offered to deliver the car to my home the following day. Much appreciated. There were several issues with the sale-- three items I paid for that were not in the car. Edson took care of each one. Some were on back order but they eventually arrived. Good customer service from two excellent salesmen. I was also pleased that the dealership has a tech guy dedicated to answering tech questions on a daily basis. Much needed and appreciated. More
