From the moment the tow truck arrived, my Service Advisor Jose Amaro was attentive, organized, and completely on top of everything. He made sure the intake process was handled immediately, explained every step clearly, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. What could have been a very stressful situation felt seamless because of how efficiently he managed everything. I also want to thank Moez for being available and making sure everything was taken care of. Since this was the first time I experienced something like this, he answered my questions, guided me through the process, and checked to make sure everything was in order before I left the dealership after a long day.
