I have gone to Richard for my last three cars, because I know that his professionalism, preparation, and He makes the car-buying experience seamless. I have gone to Richard for my last three cars, because I know that his professionalism, preparation, and advice are unmatched. When I arrived at the dealership, he already had the two cars that I was interested in out and ready for me to test. In addition to that, he took me to see each of the possible car colors in person instead of only looking online. I fully trust his opinion and his honesty. I am a mom of a young child, and Richard took the time to show me what features might not be as conducive for a parent, giving me an understanding of what to buy that works best for our family. Julio was extremely pushy, often ignoring my wishes and/or needs. He clearly just wanted to sell the car and cose the deal for his own benefit.
