Otany is very knowledgeable with the Lexus brand and is patient, kind, works quickly, always a great communicator and diligent. I would recommend him 1,000%. Thank you, Otany! So, I have been getting spammed with emails to write a review with my experience at Lexus of Pembroke pines for months now and I hope that this will make these emails stop. So, I came in and traded in my review with my experience at Lexus of Pembroke pines for months now and I hope that this will make these emails stop. So, I came in and traded in my Honda and I got what I thought was a good deal on a 2024 NX 350 F Sport. When I was making the deal the sales man "Ricardo" comes in waving a piece of paper and he had already built trust and tells me "hey, out of full disclosure and honesty I have to tell you this vehicle was in a very small fender bender". I did not thing twice about but come to find out that he completely lied to me and it was in a major accident. The car had so many issues with it that the service guys told me that it should have been totaled and that it will only get worse. The sales man I dealt with as dishonest and conned me into a sale. The car had so many problems and when I confronted the sales manager he tried to pull the sales redbrick of "it's certified" I had no choice but to trade in that lemon for another one and lost the entire value of my trade in ($14k). Be careful and be cautious because these people are the stereotype of scummy car salesmen. I wish I would have gone the the Lexus of coconut creek. BEWARE of these people! I saw about $14K of my hard earned money go up in smoke because of the dishonesty of Ricardo. I highly recommend you visit Coconut Creek Lexus before you ever step food into this place. More

We bought a warranty but they checked to wrong box to make the warrenty was From the first owner, and we were the second. So now our 6 year warranty expired in three years and we had to pay $2000.
