My interaction with Jorge Garcell was shockingly unprofessional. He was belligerent, unable to control his temper, and incapable of having a rational, adult conversation. When faced with accountability, he behaved worst than a child — emotionally volatile, reactive, and unwilling to engage constructively. Rather than addressing the issue, he put the call on speaker so his coworkers could hear in attempt to make the situation a game and show off, but that only escalated the situation when he became embarrassed by my response, and then abruptly hung up once it became clear he could not handle being challenged by an actual adult and clearly embarrassed in front of his employees/peers. This kind of behavior is immature, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable in any professional setting. I would strongly caution others before dealing with someone who responds to responsibility with tantrums instead of solutions. I am extremely appreciative of the one and only professional, mature adult I interacted with, Simon Robles. Despite my concerns falling somewhat outside of his role, he treated me with complete respect, remained composed, and handled the situation exactly as a true professional should. He never wavered, never escalated, and conducted himself with integrity throughout. This dealership is fortunate to have a gentleman, and a man of character, representing them. More
