I just wanna put the word out there that the general manager of this dealership made everything right!! Chris Lima was a complete stand up guy. He took his time and listened to me and my wife and all o manager of this dealership made everything right!! Chris Lima was a complete stand up guy. He took his time and listened to me and my wife and all of our issues. What we went through was a complete roller coaster and Chris took the time to listen to each one of his departments and see where their faults were. We came to an equitable agreement and trust each other on the path, this will take to move forward. We definitely appreciate Chris taking the time during the day today to educate himself on what it happened in this transaction to talk knowledgeably with us and review everything.
