Overall satisfied with sales. I was disappointed by an upcharge of 1400 dollars for a protection service that hadn't been discussed nor had been approved by me. Training on the vehicle's controls were very good but not excellent. Service was quick. I notified the salesman which new vehicle I wanted about an hour before I arrived. The vehicle was ready to be driven off the lot about an 90 minutes after arriving. More

Austin went out of his way to finish the sale so smoothly, Kenny was so thorough with the financing and Jaden was so knowledgeable about everything having to do with making sure I knew about the bells and whistles on my RX350. If he hadn’t spent so much time going over everything, I would still be reading my manual. Great big thanks to my team of three that made my first Lexus purchase wonderful.
