Ana Lima was outstanding, plus she put up with us during our 5 hour sales experience. Ana took us out to the lot three times looking for the model we wanted. She has first hand knowledge about the vehicles, and she was able to answer any question we gave her. She called our buying experience an adventure, and she was correct, it was! She introduced us to Ryan Durso (finance) and Matt Lingerfelt who gave us more options if we were interested. We have used the Service Center at Lexus also, and were impressed with its efficiency. Our trip to Lexus of Sarasota has always been great, and this time we were able to purchase a new 2025 Lexus NX with great people involved in the transaction, starting with Ana Lima.
