Our sales rep Kurt approached us after it was obvious we were looking at some particular vehicles and he very helpfully answered our questions, and offered to fetch the keys for a test drive. We test drove several of their used vehicles -- basically the cheapest ones on the lot due to our budget. But we were always taken care of as if we had just purchased a brand new Lexus. We found their selection to be of a very high quality over all, and selected a 12 year old Lexus ES330 that looked like it just rolled off the assembly line. Even the switchgear looked untouched. Even during the never-fun process of financing, Tim worked to get us a good rate, and then went the extra mile to help us with a unique issue regarding our trade-in (long story). Since then I've personally recommended this dealership to friends and family due to the wonderful experience we had. More
