Had a great experience from creating the appointment, car service intake, monitoring of service progress, follow-up from Jaimie, and return of cleaned-up vehicle. Jaimie's team also noticed a nail imbed service intake, monitoring of service progress, follow-up from Jaimie, and return of cleaned-up vehicle. Jaimie's team also noticed a nail imbedded in one of my tires, which I purchased from them more than a year ago. Jaimie checked and found out it was still within warranty, and worked behind the scenes to get it successfully approved to be replaced without charge. Note: My car is a 2011 Lexus ES 350. The Make and Model responded below is incorrect since I could not proceed without choosing an option, but Lexus is not one of the options for the "Make" dropdown. Thank you Jaimie and the Lexus Service Team! More
