Earl Witherspoon was excellent! He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He followed through and kept his word on getting back to me with answers on questions He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He followed through and kept his word on getting back to me with answers on questions I had after we left the showroom. I haven’t bought a new car since before Covid, and the world has changed a lot regarding the supply chain and ordering a new car! Earl explained the new process, and was patient and very kind. This is my first Lexus experience and it was really fabulous. I would highly recommend Earl and the Lexus of Akron Canton dealership in Green. All the folks there were very professional and customer friendly. More

I worked with Yoko in sales and Tori in finance. My experience was amazing, and this is coming from someone who would rather have a root canal than buy a car. Tori explained everything clearly, ther My experience was amazing, and this is coming from someone who would rather have a root canal than buy a car. Tori explained everything clearly, there was no arm twisting involved, and the process was painless. And Yoko! I can’t say enough great things about her. She was so easy to work with, and after we came to agreement, she was on top of every single aspect of the process, from delivery to the dealership, to paperwork completion, transport arrangement, and tag/title reception. I never had to call her one time. She always called or texted with updates throughout the process. I don’t know who is in charge of raises, but Yoko deserves one! Best experience ever!!! More
