My first contact with Akron-Canton Lexus was through their website. Within an hour of inquiring about a car that another Lexus dealership told me would have a wait time of 6 to 8 months, I received a ca their website. Within an hour of inquiring about a car that another Lexus dealership told me would have a wait time of 6 to 8 months, I received a call from Yoko Tsutsui offering to provide any help she could with locating the car I wanted. From that point all the way through the day we actually drove the car home (less than 2 months later) Yoko was an incrediblely professional, friendly and extremely helpful salesperson that ultimately ended up becoming a friend to my family. Her quick responses to all my calls, text messages and emails never left my wife and I wondering what to do next. When the day had come to take the car home, my wife and I were very warmly greeted by Yoko and the entire service area for an unforgettable unveiling of our new car. Yoko introduced us to the service department so we knew who to contact and who our scheduled maintenance would be handled by. Yoko Tsutsui was invaluable through this pricess. I have purchased many vehicles from different dealerships, but this is my first with Yoko at Akron - Canton Lexus and will certainly not be the last. More

Yoko was a pleasure to work with. We had intentions of buying same day, but luckily Yoko was able to help us avoid certain features as well as get the features we truly wanted by info We had intentions of buying same day, but luckily Yoko was able to help us avoid certain features as well as get the features we truly wanted by informing us of the option to build our own. She could have secured a deal sooner, but she knew what I wanted and we decided on a later purchase date after building my Lexus, we had to wait, but it was well worth the wait to be able to customize my first Lexus to my wants and needs. I could not be happier. To top it off, Yoko kept us updated throughout our wait and made my first Lexus experience great. I never felt pressured to add on anything I did not want, she was not persistent on a higher model, she stuck to what I had asked for from my first sit down and that is exactly what I got. Thank you Yoko and team! More
