My first Lexus purchase from Lexus Akron Canton will certainly not be my last. The experience from first contact, test driving, and purchase was absolutely wonderful. Working with Kristen was a fun and enjoyable experience, she explained everything perfectly and answered any questions I had. John in finance was great, friendly and knowledgable. Drew taught me all I needed to know about my new RX (I thought I knew a lot already!) and even something’s I didn’t know. I’ve been buying cars from my dad who’s been in the business for over 50 years, and it’s nice to have a comfortable place to buy a car! I know it’ll be a while, but I already can’t wait for my next Lexus purchase experience. I LOVE MY CAR!! More
