This was our first time purchasing a Lexus after sticking with another competitor. While there are a lot of great cars on the market Bob Hill explained the equivalent (or better!) service Lexus would be pro with another competitor. Bob was also a great listener, explaining mechanical/comfort/cosmetic features of different models based on how we use the car from commuting to entertaining to traveling.
