To our delight, we were provided 2 one hour sessions with Wade the Technology Specialist. It was the most valuable two hours ever spent. He was very patient and was able to get everything working and connected for us (garage doors, Bluetooth connect our cell phones, set our radio, set up the GPS for favorites, set our seat positions, etc). With the training sessions we were able to use the technology immediately! Wade's contribution to the sale was priceless! More

Buyer Beware! Deceptive used car sales tactics I purchased a Used vehicle last June and was sold a "bumper to bumper" extended warranty. I called and spoke to the used car sales manager and he was rude, aggressive and hung up on me after using profane language. I am not very good with technology but found out that I could take my car to the Lexus dealership in Brookfield even though I purchased the car in Michigan and get a technology lesson on the car. We met with Wade S and he spent two hours with us teaching us the inns and outs of the car. All is I can say is I hope this gentleman gets paid well because I never spent that much time with somebody who was so patient and so thorough and knew his business so well. He treated my husband and I like we were close friends of his. He went above and beyond showing us and teaching us things that were not even in the manual. He did all the set up of everything we needed including additional apps on my phone that go through the car. He showed us tips and tricks that were very useful. He invited us to come back after we drove the car for a couple weeks with any further questions or demonstrations we needed. Wade is highly knowledgeable and extremely professional and friendly. He was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to going back and meeting with him again if necessary. He also told me I could text him anytime with questions or give him a call anytime. More

We are new to the features of our new Lexus RX350. Wade’s teaching methods are logical and he is able to read his “new owners” as to their level of understanding and progression through the process. He gives key points and works from section to section of the SUV. To be a good teacher is “an art” and Wade creates a “classroom” where you feel comfortable asking questions and a message to call anytime with further questions. More

But the icing on the cake was Wade Schumacher. I met Wade a few years earlier when we purchased a RX350 FSport. Wade went over every feature the vehicle had to offer. My recent purchase of an IS350 FSport introduced me to Wade again. Wades knowledge and explanation of the features was absolutely invaluable!! He listens and than explaines what the feature will and can do. I have never had this type of instruction on how to operate a vehicle. Technology delivery specialist Wade Schumacher was the perfect candidate to take on this task! He quickly connected my new phone to the Blue Tooth feature, and figured out the solution to an unusually low ring volume on incoming and outgoing calls that could not be solved by just manually turning up the volume. He patiently retaught me the process for adding radio stations to my preset station list. He taught me some neat hands free Siri tricks adding voice commands via the telephone off hook icon to my "reminders and notes" iPhone icons. Wade had other little tips during our session that will prove to be very helpful in making the most of my new Lexus technology. Wade is an invaluable resource to the Brookfield Lexus Dealership and all of it's customers! He was a pleasure to deal with. More
