Terrible experience, 30000 mile checkup and they tried to get us for $1500.00 more repairs after the 600.00 they already charged us. The main issue is they stole something our of our vehicle. I first tried calling 4 times the next morning, left message with service manger and he did not call back. finally called in afternoon and got a hold of him and he said he would review tapes, anyway he never called back but the person that checked us in did and said nothing they can do but let me review tapes. They never vacuumed like they said they did. Manager never called back. They lost our service work but worst of all we were going to trade the car in on a newer model. Not now. More

Saw this ES on the website and knew I wanted to get my hands on it, so it took for a test drive and got the paperwork and everything else done the day of. I should mention that there were upgrades done on hands on it, so it took for a test drive and got the paperwork and everything else done the day of. I should mention that there were upgrades done on the vehicle which I thought would be part of the price but tagged on as extra’s which I didn’t enjoy. Past that, Bob Hill was fantastic to work with and shared my enthusiasm for the vehicle! Christopher in the finance team was able to help use all the benefits that could be available to us to get a great financing option. More

Dale explained all of the features and vehicle history to us, and overall just made sure that this car truly would be a good fit. Given that this was the first vehicle I looked it, I decided to take a few days to search around and test drive others to be sure that this was the right decision. Dale was completely understanding and assured me that if I had any additional questions throughout that time, I could reach out to him. When I decided to move forward, the purchasing process itself was so quick, and Chris from finance did a fantastic job wrapping everything up. As a young female who was very new to this process, I felt grateful to be listened to and taken seriously by everyone in this dealership. The entire process was so transparent and I never once felt as if anyone was working against my best interest or was trying to sneak anything past me. I love my new (used) Prius! Thank you so much!
