Great customer service. Called at 415pm on a Saturday (dealership closed at 5pm) and asked if we could take a look at a specific used vehicle and they were so nice and allow Called at 415pm on a Saturday (dealership closed at 5pm) and asked if we could take a look at a specific used vehicle and they were so nice and allowed us to come even though they were closing. Our sales guy, Bob Hill, greeted us at the door and was very helpful in our process. Even stayed an extra hour after the dealership closed so we could go over the details. Explained everything simply for us which is why we decided to buy from Bob and Lexus of Brookfield. More
