We located a hard-to-find pre-certified Lexus model after searching all over the country at Brookfield Lexus. My father and I contacted Bob Hill via email and he was extremely responsive to all of our questi searching all over the country at Brookfield Lexus. We made a deposit to hold the vehicle and Bob stayed in touch as we made arrangements to travel to Milwaukee to finalize the purchase. Bob offered to pick us up from the hotel, which was extremely convenient and helpful. The purchase process was smooth and everyone in the dealership was friendly. This was my first luxury car purchase and Brookfield made the experience seamless and memorable. My only criticism would be that I was only supplied with one key and have to contact another Lexus dealership to have a second key made - I wish they had taken care of it prior to the purchase. Overall, I highly recommend Brookfield Lexus and specifically Bob Hill. More
