One of them was used, and the other was a leased car. Both of them were fine, and they lied about the services that needed to be done. They never fixed one issue that I presented to them, and I gave them evidence of the problems. Sales. They said I needed services that I didn't need, and they weren't correct about the extent that I needed services. I went to another dealer and they said I only needed one of them, instead of the other other $2000 of charges they wanted to charge me. This wasn't the honest difference in differing experiences, but a clear attempt to charge for work they couldn't do. Even Lexus webpage said that some of the charges they were attempting to do was not only not needed but impossible to do. Employees. Every employee here is terrible. Not one of them did anything close to their job, and in fact, they found ways to be terrible at their job. Friendly conversations with them did not fix the issue. They don't care about their attitude, their customers time, or anything else that you will want from them. Anyone who gives this place anything other than a terrible rating is a paid endorsement. They gave me my car back with it being in pieces, and still in diagnostic mode. They didn't even finish the job, to work they never fixed. I will never buy a Lexus again, and they are just one more terrible Lexus dealer. More

And a general manager Eugene Woods that will not even return your calls or emails. Avoid these folks as they treat you like garbage. If you're in the market for a used car, do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership. More

I have always been a customer of Cadillac and had over eight of them in my years since driving. That being said this was my first experience with Lexus and it was a very pleasant one. As you know, my family and I dealt with Calvin, who was outstanding. Also, the Manager Angelo was fantastic as well. They both helped me with my trade which was a 2010 Escalade. We loved everything about the experience and transaction. The professionalism and courtesy that those two men showed me and my family has been unmatched. We also love everything about the RX. Lexus has definitely made me and my family customers for a long time to come. More

ZERO Professionalism!! My husband and I had scheduled to test drive a car at this dealership but when we went, we were highly disappointed. Why? You can't test drive a car My husband and I had scheduled to test drive a car at this dealership but when we went, we were highly disappointed. Why? You can't test drive a car that has TWO flat tires!! We didn't just 'show up', we were sent an email (by Aladdin) asking to confirm that we were going to show up to test drive the car. I wouldn't have been as upset if we didn't drive all the way from Long Island to Brooklyn. When we asked Abe, the salesman who was "helping" us, why did we confirm on test driving a car when it's not available to be test driven, his response was "how do you expect to drive a car with two flat tires?'. REALLY?!? We told him that we had an appointment and if there was anyone who could put some air in the tires, he told us that 'no one works on Saturday, you will have to come back'. I should have realized that this dealership wasn't professional when the receptionist was sitting on the desk on her cell phone. I'll definitely be taking my business else where. *UPDATE* I did take my business else where ... Rallye Lexus in Glen Cove. I'm happy to say that I purchased my Lexus RX 350 with a top notch salesman who was very personable and professional. *THANK YOU KEVIN LOSEE for your overall excellent service!!!!* More

My wife and I were considering trading in our curre To be honest I don't write many reviews but visiting this dealership prompted me to feel the need. My wife and I were considering trading in our current Lexus and getting a new vehicle. As I work late and noticed they are open until 8 we agreed to meet there. She arrived at 6 an hour before me and sat in the guest lounge. I arrived at about 7 and we went to look at the cars. Not once in the approximately 20 minutes we were there nor the hour she was with my children waiting did anyone engage her in conversation. Working in a sales environment I understand the balance of engagement and comfort to browse but not one person and besides one other couple it was empty. Surprising that people chose to do business or are able to. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to visit Lexus of route 10 in new Jersey who is amazing time and time again as I will be doing from now on. Its ashame they force you to give stars. More
