Waiting are Great thanks to Craig Kelly the Service manager for taking care of my IS250. The service is courteous, thorough, and professional! Waiting area is excellent and comfortable if you need to wait. Water, Coffee, Soft Drinks and pastries available for free! Excellent areas to work also if you bring a laptop or need to take calls. If I need anything done for my Lexus, I make the drive from Red Rock Canyon area in Vegas to this service center! Thanks Craig! More
