Excellent service experience. Was in and out in 40 minutes. Probably due to the fact that there was only 2 people there. Night and day in comparison to BMW Henderson where it could take 4 hours to cha minutes. Probably due to the fact that there was only 2 people there. Like most high end new car dealerships they made it easy for me to get what I wanted even though they did not have the car on their lot. Since I was in no hurry they offered to find it a deliver it to me e for me to get what I wanted even though they did not have the car on their lot. Since I was in no hurry they offered to find it a deliver it to me even though I live 120 miles away. Of course I had to sit through the finance guy’s sales pitch to get the 0% for 60 months deal, but it was worth it and a week later I had my née car in the driveway at home! More

Sirui Xie was amazing salesman. Soo much better experience then Lexus of Las Vegas. I had to lemon law my vehicle due engine trouble. Charles Holliday and Mark sales manager at Lexus gave me horrib experience then Lexus of Las Vegas. I had to lemon law my vehicle due engine trouble.
