A Service Center You Can Trust Yesterday my day did not begin well. My Lexus IS350 would not start. AAA jump-started my car and told me to replace my battery. It was still under war Yesterday my day did not begin well. My Lexus IS350 would not start. AAA jump-started my car and told me to replace my battery. It was still under warranty from AutoZone. When I got AutoZone, they said to me that the battery was good, and I needed a new alternator. I drove straight to Lexus of Henderson. Tyler, my service manager, squeezed me in, even though I didn't have an appointment. They discovered that I did have a bad cell within my battery. He printed up a report as proof that I could take back to AutoZone. AutoZone did replace the battery. Tyler did not charge me a dime! To be safe, I have scheduled an appointment with the Lexus service center for the alternator. The people at AutoZone told me that I could buy an alternator much cheaper from them. This claim is probably valid. However, Tyler and Lexus gave me peace of mind and confidence - This is priceless! More

SOS Update, Wheel Recon, Bal Tires Came in for SOS Update and Wheel Recon and Bal Tires after Wheel recon. When I spoke with Dave in Service every thing went well and he was very poli Came in for SOS Update and Wheel Recon and Bal Tires after Wheel recon. When I spoke with Dave in Service every thing went well and he was very polite. I requested that ,under the Wheel and Tire warranty , they Bal the tires after the Wheels are sanded and cleaned and painted( didn’t really understand Alloy rims would be painted) . Dave told my wife and I that the tires would be bal at my request. When Dave called to say the car was done I asked if the Tires were Balanced and was told yes. I returned about 4:30 pm and Dave was preparing the paper work and motioned us to wait. After waiting a different person appeared with paperwork and Dave had left. The paperwork had no Bal of tires listed. Then that person after more waiting I guess had spoke to Craig Kelly. Craig asked the two machanics who worked on the car about Bal Tires and was told no bal took place and they had no knowledge of a Balance of Ties request. My wife and I do not like being treated with this form of Disrespect. This is our second Lexus. I wish your company had competitors in the Las Vegas market. Truth in Business if so important. Craig did provide in writing a free Bal of Tires when I want one. This may seem like a small problem in your dealership but is is also in the other one as well. As soon as we met Lexus of Henderson Sales Consultant Mr. Eldred Obodai, we knew right away that this vehicle shopping experience was going to be something totally different than we have ever experienced before while purchasing a vehicle. Mr. Ododai demonstrated outstanding customer professionalism and knowledge while addressing all of our questions that we had as new customers. During the test drive, Mr. Ododai was able to very specifically highlight all the features of the vehicle to us which was amazing and certainly very much appreciated. Thanks to Mr. Ododai, we finally did purchase the vehicle that we were interested in which was Great.
