About 2 yrs ago, I had my convertible hard top stuck and warning beep in car stayed on and I took it to Lexus of Longo in Ca. to where they fixed it at NO charge!! They took care of the customer!!. It happe warning beep in car stayed on and I took it to Lexus of Longo in Ca. to where they fixed it at NO charge!! They took care of the customer!!. It happened again here in Henderson and right away I'm told that a diagnostic fee would be charged if they wanted took at it. I was shocked that I was being charged as Longo didn't. So I agreed to it. Several hours later got a call from Jay explaining that I would have to get xxxxx basically if I were to get this repaired as the amount would cost me nearly $4000 just to get the sensors to work!! Ridiculously too much for this repair in which it was obvious that I would turn down. I'll take my car to get it repaired in L.A. where prices are a lot more reasonable. More

Jay went out of his way to take care of me when I ended up at the wrong dealership for my service. He was able to call the other dealership and get everything transferred including a loaner car so that I w up at the wrong dealership for my service.
