The trunk lift gate still does not work well. It did at the dealership, but not that evening and not this morning and okay once more. O am unhappy once again. Furthermore, I have never had to wait more the dealership, but not that evening and not this morning and okay once more. O am unhappy once again. Furthermore, I have never had to wait more than five minutes at any other dealerships - services and this is the second time I had to wait over 15 minutes- I had a 7:20 am appointment. I arrived at 7:15 am with one car in font of me. I was attended at 7:25 am and finally was my service writer at 7:45 am. This also is very disappointing. I have little to say that is positive. Not the service I expected- but at least I know to lower my expectations at your dealership since you have only disappointed me on the only two times I have had to bring it in. More

Scratch repair to wheels I had badly scratched my Lexus ES300H quiet rims (front and back) pretty badly. Lexus of Henderson repaired the scratches (i think filled) and painte I had badly scratched my Lexus ES300H quiet rims (front and back) pretty badly. Lexus of Henderson repaired the scratches (i think filled) and painted them. I inspected the entire rims and couldn’t even find where the repaired spots. EXCELLENT job. And, it only took one hour, exactly the time as promised. More
