Within 5 minutes David Torella came to waiting room with proposed service on a piece of paper and informed me that it will take an hour and if I want to wait, which is what I was planning to do. Within one hour all was done 55k miles service and I was out of there. David was extremely professional and courteous, and explained the process and what was done to the car.
