I did buy my 2017 Lexus CT at a non Lexus dealer in California so I have never serviced my car with Lexus yet... so I was very pleased. Randy really treated me like with the upmost professionalism. He walked around with great intent was quick yet provided a very relaxing environment. I knew I was being taken care of at the highest level. I have never felt the level of customer satisfaction Randy provided in my entire experience in the auto industry. Because of Randys exceptional understanding of customer care I will be taking my Lexus in to your dealer for the lifetime of the vehicle, and Henderson location will be where I buy my next or second Vehicle. He wasn't to over the top with customer care or to little. He really just showed that I was the important and treated me over and above. He was the perfect level of efficient, effective, empowered enthusiasm, and extraordinary. I did look at the wall of employee of the month and was surprised not to see him on their yet... but all in all what is great is that I'm for the first time excited to go to your dealership as I know I will be taken care of and this is why I choose a Lexus. In a rare scenario, I actually had my Mercedes serviced the same day and was able to review both processes side by side. Both regular services, both with loaners.
