All of the employees were definitely helpful and my car was even better when I got it. I do have to say though that my brakes needed to be changed a week later but I didn't know that and I thought if they was even better when I got it. The service writer knew what the problem was before they even looked at the car. Further they didn't laugh at me when I was certain it was more serious.
