I have the 300h and for two years have used their car washes and little else in the service Bay other than well-baby service checks. Even though busy, they take the time to understand my concerns and explain from the nice folks that wash my car to the sales folks that walk through the waiting room. Senior leadership can appear a bit impersonal, but I can't argue with their results. I enjoy my visits to my dealership and will turn to them first. More
