However, yesterday after hours of my asking questions, consulting my insurance compa In most respects my experience with the dealership was excellent. However, yesterday after hours of my asking questions, consulting my insurance company, etc. I was kept waiting well over an hour to sign the purchase papers. I kept being told "another 10 minutes while the Finance Officer finishes up." Finally I could wait no longer. I had a dinner engagement. My ever patient and knowledgeable salesman, Carlos Blanchard, was generous enough to take me home and to call this morning to say that the papers were ready and pick me up half an hour later. Completion of the sale went very smoothly today. ONLY the prolonged wait yesterday makes it 4 stars, not 5. I'm expecting I'll have that 5 star feeling after a car wash or two! More
