The transaction was complicated by trading two cars on one, but all through the transaction, Tom made it a pleasure rather than a chore. I have never had a car salesman fully explain the features of an automobile (2016 Lexus RX 350) as he did, taking us through each feature and fully explaining it. It took almost two hours. I have never written a review before, but I would highly recommend Lexus of Melbourne and particularly Tom Hakimi. More
