At every step in the process, Justin was professional, responsive, and accommodating. We agreed to the deal on Monday, March 21st we agreed to deal and Justin said it would likely take three to four days for the vehicle to be transported from other other dealership. Late the next morning, he called and said the vehicle was there and they would be installing a couple other items we requested. Within a short time John called me , told me that the dealership could service my vehicle even if I didn't have a previous appointment if I was able to come in as soon as possible, if not John said that I would be able to get an appointment for a later date. I hurried to the service center and true to his word John had my vehicle serviced and 25000 mile checkup completed in just over an hour.
