Quality Car Buying Experience In looking for a quality used car, my wife and I thought a Lexus product would be a good choice but probably out of our price range. We were wrong. In looking for a quality used car, my wife and I thought a Lexus product would be a good choice but probably out of our price range. We were wrong. On our our arrival we were greeted with a smile and handshake by John Moriarty. He immediately took us to the used car area and was able to discuss in detail the differences (and similarities) of many of the sedans we were interested in viewing. We took test drives in two models and John was terrific and patient - he answered all of our questions about the cars and volunteered a lot of valuable information about the dealership. John was very personable and friendly and most important did not "force' us into making a decision on the spot. On the next day, we called John and were able to work out a deal on the Lexus of our choice and he was able to accommodate delaying the closing for two days to meet our schedule. Upon arrival at the dealership, the car was ready. We completed all the paperwork in a timely fashion and John then took us to our car and spent a lot of time with us going over the technology and other features of the vehicle. We left feeling very satisfied with the whole experience. More

Brought my car in for service and decided to by another I have always taken my '08 ES 350 here for service since it was purchased from them in 2011. In fact, I take my wife's '12 Avalon here for service as I have always taken my '08 ES 350 here for service since it was purchased from them in 2011. In fact, I take my wife's '12 Avalon here for service as well. During the service on my ES there were a few issues found and I decided to trade mine in instead of repairing my beloved ES. I now have purchased a used '08 LS 460 with very low mileage. I have always dealt with two individuals. On the sales side, I deal with Robert Lamarr. Robert has always stayed in good contact with me and always welcomes my family and myself when we come in for our weekly car wash. I did not hesitate in using Robert again for this purchase. He is very pleasant to deal with. The second person I always deal with is on the service side. This is Brian Toker. Brian treats his customers like they are family. I will say it is mostly due to the service provided by Brian that keeps me coming back. His service is the only reason we moved our service from Toyota to Lexus for our Avalon. It is always a wonderful experience at the dealership. It is a comfortable place with very friendly people that make you feel welcome (even during the negotiation process). More
