John Lohne - Outstanding Service Representative Came in for a car wash and before I even got out of the car, the "steely-eyed" service representative told me as I was driving in he saw what appeared Came in for a car wash and before I even got out of the car, the "steely-eyed" service representative told me as I was driving in he saw what appeared to be a nail in my front right tire. Together we looked at it and it was a large hex-head screw with washer still up against the head spinning loosely. I was referred to John Lohne immediately and John got the paperwork completed expeditiously and the car in for an immediate tire repair. Repair was completed in no time at all and I was on my way.
