They lied to me I made them an offer on the phone on a vehicle I ad test driven. The salesman told me his manager was "in a meeting" and couldn't review my offer. That sounded fishy, but I said, "OK, call me tomorrow." The next day, they called and said the car was sold to another customer. Obviously, the other person was there when I called and they were waiting to see if they got a better offer from that customer. I would have been OK if they had told me someone was there looking at the vehicle, and they couldn't give me an answer. Instead, they lied. Would never do business with them again. More

The facility is also the best dealership I have dealt with and I have been purchasing vehicles for over 40 years. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. I purchased my first Lexus in 2005 from Lexus of Melbourne and truly have become a "Customer for Life" because of the interaction with the people who I purchased my first Lexus in 2005 from Lexus of Melbourne and truly have become a "Customer for Life" because of the interaction with the people who work at Lexus of Melbourne on a day-to-day basis. In a world which has exploded with technology it is refreshing to know I can (and have) picked up the phone to call and ask questions concerning my vehicle over this 11 year span of time. EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. I have spoken to in this 11 year timeframe has been professional, courteous, and helpful in answering my questions and making sure I was pleased with the outcome of the conversation. Rob LaMarr, my sales consultant, went above and beyond when assisting me with the selection of my 2016 RX350. He met with me at the dealership repeatedly answering questions about the vehicles and locating the specific vehicle I ultimately purchased. He stayed in contact with me alerting me as to when I could preview the new color selections of the vehicles as they began to arrive at the dealership. We went on test drives during which he demonstrated features of the RX. More importantly, he stayed on top of the delivery status of my vehicle during the transition time of dealership deliveries, which were out of his control, as we waited for the RX to reach port in Jacksonville and ultimately received by Lexus of Melbourne. He faithfully checked on the status and called with updates keeping us informed all along the way. What delineates Rob as a consummate professional is his ongoing level of communication. He has called several times since the purchase of the vehicle checking to be sure I was happy with the delivery and offering to assist with answering any questions I might have concerning the myriad of features on the RX. I also want to mention Mikel Retz (Service Consultant) and Donny Panasis (Sales Manager). I have spoken to Mikel Retz many times over the past 11 years during routine maintenance for my Lexus ES330. When he discovered I was in the dealership purchasing a new vehicle he went out of his way to stop by and touch base with me. We had a lovely personable conversation further cementing the idea that "people" come first at this dealership. It also speaks volumes knowing the employees at Lexus of Melbourne have longevity of service with the Lexus of Melbourne management. I had the opportunity to meet with Donny Panasis (Sales Manager) during the financing of the vehicle. I anticipate this young man will go far in his career based on his skill set/knowledge base of the ins-and-outs of completing the necessary documents to close the deal. The day we took delivery of the RX the dealership had an inordinate amount of customers purchasing vehicles. Donny literally spent hours of uninterrupted time moving seamlessly from one set of customers to the next. I know he never even slowed down for a lunch break while we were present! His pleasant demeanor and ability to connect with customers along with his knowledge base will take him far in the coming years. I also want to mention T.R. Page, owner of the dealership. Clearly, I think "the boss" deserves a "pat on the back" for the marketing message he sends out to the public. I truly have become a "Customer for Life" because all of the employees of this dealership go above and beyond to make a personal connection with the customers coming through their doors each and every day. It means a lot to have caring people interacting with customers on a day-to-day basis. Thank you Lexus of Melbourne!! More
